Welcome to the wonderful world of herb fermentation. In this video we will explain basics of bee balm (Monarda) also known as "Wild Bergamot" fermentation, drying and tea brewing. Fermented herbs are much more potent. Tea brewed from fermented herbs have more of an earthy aroma and flavor.
If you have never fermented any herb before, we would recommend to start with Monarda (Wild Bergamot). It is by far the easiest herb to ferment and makes an absolutely delicious tea.
