This video will show you how to fix over saturated background image when using Windows 10 on a wide color gamut display such as the BenQ SW displays or any other display with wide gamut. When an image is exported right out of Lightroom and it is set to the desktop background in Windows 10, if you are on a wide color gamut display the image will over saturate. This happens because Windows 10 does not quite understand how to interpret color on these type of displays. The solutions on how to fix this issue with Adobe Photoshop and some color conversation magic is shown in this video.

Here's a quick guide if you run into this issue:
1. Open the image up in Photoshop
2. Go to Edit - Covert to Profile - A dialog will pop up.
3. In this dialog choose your display profile as the destination profile and press ok.
4. Go to Edit - Assign Profile - a dialog will pop up.
5. Choose the 3rd option and then pick sRGB from the dropdown list - press ok.
6. Save the file.
7. Now you can set that image as your desktop wall paper.

You can also choose to download a droplet that I made in Photoshop and it makes this process simple by just dropping the image on the droplet, choose your display color profile, pick the JPEG resolution and you're done!
