Changing of the Guard Arlington National Cemetery in Rain and 100 degree Temperatures

Changing of the guard in Arlington National Cemetery at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. First day the weather was raining and the soldiers still marched on. Second day was oppressive with temperatures soaring up to 100 degrees and these soldiers still marched on. Impressive no weather stops them from marching on.
