I've spent 48 hours exploring Saaremaa island on a budget. I wanted to start this year with a bang so travelling to the lighthouse felt like a great first adventure. I also wanted to dive a bit deeper and get some local perspective on what makes this island so great and why more people are leaving busy cities and settling on this island. This trip was nothing but full of exploration and adventure. I fell in love with this island and it's people and I hope you do too.
