Do You Truly Know Yourself?|How To Avoid Becoming Who THEY Want You To Be.

"Know thyself" isn't just a catchy phrase. Getting to know the real you is imperative in order to grow and have healthy relationship with, God, yourself and others. If you're on a journey with God and growing in spiritual maturity, you're likely to find yourself in constant seasons of purification, deliverance. This is meant to cleanse you of things that are strongholds and weights in your life, designed to keep you from experiencing forward movement.

The best thing we can do when getting to know ourselves, is to embrace the change that God may be calling us to. We are to be grateful to Him for loving us enough to show us the truth and praise Him for the grace to make the changes.

Know thyself, so no one can make you who they want you to be. Your identity is in God. It's up to you to allow Him to reveal it to you.
