ऑर्गेनिक शादी एक ऐसा आईडिया है जो किसान ने अपने खुद की बेटी पर आजमाया मतलब किसान ने अपनी बेटी की ऑर्गेनिक शादी की यह ऐसी शादी थी जिसमें किसी भी तरह के केमिकल का प्रयोग नहीं किया गया खाने में जैसे कि चीनी की जगह देसी खांड रिफाइंड की जगह शुद्ध तेल शुद्ध देसी घी ऑर्गेनिक सब्जियां शुद्ध मसाले शुद्ध दूध से पनीर बनाया किसी भी तरह के कोल्ड ड्रिंक के स्थान पर गन्ने का जूस पिलाया ना प्लास्टिक का प्रयोग किया ना पॉलिथीन का प्रयोग किया मतलब यह कि यह एक ऐसी शादी थी जिसमें खाना बेहद स्वादिष्ट बना केमिकल फ्री बना शुद्ध बना जो लोगों को बेहद अच्छा लगा इसमें पर्यावरण को भी ध्यान में रखते हुए ऐसी कोई भी चीज प्रयोग नहीं की गई जो पर्यावरण को नुकसान पहुंचाती है इसलिए ऐसी शादी प्रकृति हितेषी है लोगों को शुद्ध भोजन उपलब्ध करवाती है जिससे मेहमान भी खुश होते हैं और शादी में भी चार चांद लग जाते हैं

I thought if there is a wedding at our house, I will do it organically because we are doing organic farming and we wanted to do the wedding organically.
Last year, on the 6th April, our doll's marriage was. In that marriage we did not use any refined, no sugar in the whole marriage, we only brought rock salt from the market, the rest of the items we took from organic farmers and Whichever guest who ate this food, they became so happy after eating this food and said that wow, if we get more such weddings, then our heart will be happy and we will have such weddings at our home too.
We had to face some difficulties in this marriage, like we faced the problem of organic vegetables, we had to order vegetables from far and wide and secondly, Umaid ji's cooperation was there. Umesh ji helped me to collect all the vegetables.
Even after 14-15 months of marriage, Umaid ji still calls me and says that if there is such a marriage, then call us.
How did you think about daughter's organic marriage?
I thought that we are doing organic farming, why not feed organic food to our guests at home because every guest is a form of God and if we feed unhealthy food to the guest then how can he be happy. How will he bless us that's why we thought that every guest who comes to our house is our God and we should give pure food to God so that he blesses us and the
sons and daughters who were married. They will go away with a happy heart.
We are doing organic farming and if we make chemical food in our kitchen then it is a matter of shame for us. Those farmer who are practicing organic farming if they will not make make organic food then how he would know that his grains are full of flavor
Or not, that's why we tried this and our effort was completely successful.
what did you do in organic marriage?
We used desi khand instead of sugar in the marriage, no one keeps jaggery, we kept jaggery also in weddings. till date no one made porridge in any marriage and we made porridge in our marriage and that too of black wheat and that too black Game and the eater said that we must have eaten porridge all our life, but we did not eat such porridge, we did not take white salt, instead of it, it was rock salt, we did not take refined oil, instead it was mustard oil, that too from home and desi khand Instead of sugar, instead of flour, we used our own C 306 wheat flour, we made gram flour, we used all organic vegetables for our laddoos.
Instead of cold drinks, we took sugarcane juice which we extracted at our home.
