The best 3v3 strategies for SILVERS to rank up in Rocket League

We have tried new Rocket League strategies with Grand Champions before, but I wanted to find out what would happen if low-rank players attempt the same challenges. Are the 3v3 strategies going to be effective in silver matches where mechanics are more basic and there's no high-level aerial gameplay, consistent flip resets, ceiling shots, etc... or will these tactics be too complicated to follow? Hopefully those questions will be answered in this experiment. This is the impossible challenge of coaching silvers to win ranked games lol.
