How to deal with Ladder Anxiety in StarCraft 2

I get asked "How do I beat Ladder Anxiety" all the time so I made a video which hopefully answers a lot of people's questions! Ladder anxiety is rooted in many things but I've summed it up into three distinct causes: 1) those who are new to RTS/SC2, 2) those who anchor their ego to a certain skill level, and 3) those who are afraid of losing MMR or losing to other people.
We often think of SC2 being a really tough game but similar lessons can be learned for any other competitive or highly skilled game, including other ones I often play - Valorant, Elden Ring or other RTSes like Age of Empires 4 etc!
