Reading My Grandson "The Cow Says Moo" with Rhythmic Reinforcement
English is a rhythmic language. One of the best music lessons for your child happens when you read to them. A short children's book is full of different rhythms, and reading a book multiple times is like practicing rhythms on an instrument, but more powerful because children learn music best from familiar human voices. It more powerful than drumming lesson. Reinforcing the rhythms as you read them gives an added benefit.
