Pinkie Pie My Little Pony Cake Tutorial

My little niece is in LOVE with My Little Pony. Especially Pinky Pie. This is a simple rendition of a Pinky Pie Pony, in cake form.

First, I'll stack and fill the layers on my Pottery wheel: http://amzn.to/2j7TwSu
Then, I coat the cake in a layer of buttercream icing. Then a layer of pink fondant.
Out of fondant I shape the eyes and ears, then last, Pipe beautiful curls of dark pink buttercream onto her head.
As an accent, I added a little back decoration.
