Take a look at how the Valiant drill/saw systems from FICEP employ unique steel fabrication technology and innovative designs when compared to drill lines with fixed spindles.

One of the patented designs on these models is the independent sub axis spindle positioning. Traditional drill line designs have all three spindles in the same line so they cannot process the web and flanges simultaneously if the operations do not share the same centerline. FICEP’s drill lines with spindle sub-axis positioning permit drilling in all three surfaces of typical hole patterns simultaneously.

When it comes to scribing and milling drill lines with fixed spindles can only process one surface at a time. The Valiant models can mill on three surfaces and scribe on four surfaces simultaneous with the underside scribing option.
