DELICIOUS Grilled Lamb Skewers on Charcoal - Lebanese Style

Cubed lamb on charcoal with Biwaz as a great garnish... delicious meal for the whole family.

***Keep in mind, depending on the type of salt you use, the quantity you put in could differ***

Ingredients / Amounts:
Meat Marinade:
-2 KG of lamb [I cleaned up a boneless leg of lamb but you can buy cubed lamb instead];
-1 1/4 teaspoon salt [or to taste];
-1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper;
-1 1/2 tablespoons Lebanese Sweet Pepper [or Allspice];
-1 teaspoon cinnamon;
-1/4 cup olive oil; and
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.

Biwaz:
-1 bunch parsley - coarsely chopped;
-1/2 of a medium sized sweet onion;
-1/2 teaspoon salt [or to taste];
-1 teaspoon Sumac; and
-1 tablespoon olive oil.
