Crabbing on the Oregon Coast

It's still a great time to catch dungeness crabs on the Oregon coast. If you go, it's best to get on a boat and set your traps near the ocean, but not too far where it gets too dangerous. We were crabbing about 1 mile in from the mouth. We set our pots down in about 20 foot of water for about 1.5 hours. In this video, I was using my Promar TR-530 heavy duty crab pot (definitely the best crab pot I've ever used).
