Ray Palmer, PROPS Awards 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award winner

Ray Palmer, Chairman of Fiera Real Estate, was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the 30th PROPS Awards lunch, hosted by Variety, the Children's Charity, on 10 May 2022. Ray was awarded in recognition of his significant impact on the British property industry over the past five decades.

Ray said: “I am honoured to be recognised with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 PROPS Awards. I am humbled to receive this honour and to be in the company of such an illustrious group of British property icons!"

Ray joins a renowned list of previous PROPS Lifetime Award recipients including Sir Stuart Lipton, Michael Slade, Nick Leslau, Tony Pidgley CBE, Irvine Sellar, David Lockhart, David Pearl, Paul White and Chris Lazari.The PROPS Awards 2022 lunch, a fixture in the property industry’s calendar, has raised a fantastic £340,000 net for Variety, the Children’s Charity. Celebrating its 30th year, the ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane was hosted by former rugby union star and broadcaster Martin Bayfield.

Since 1992 the PROPS Awards have generated over £10.5 million for Variety and provided over 2,300 custom-built wheelchairs for disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.
