“All polling stations have…”: CEC Rajiv Kumar gives big update ahead of Phase 6 polling

Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar gave updates on all the arrangements ahead of Phase 6 polling on May 25. Rajiv Kumar affirmed that all the arrangements are done by the Elections Commission of India (ECI) ahead of the polling and special arrangements like Shades, Coolers, ORS in the polling stations keep the hot weather in consideration. Rajiv Kumar said, “Polling in the sixth phase is spread over 58 PCs and across 8 States/UTs, and 11.13 crore voters. On all polling stations, we have made arrangements for shades or 'shamiyanas', drinking water, and ORS and doctors nearby. It is the Commission's appeal to all the voters to come and participate in the festival of democracy.”
