My First Gas-Fired Ooni Karu 16 Pizza Cook from Start to Finish

Hello! Welcome to our learning to cook pizza journey! My Ooni Karu 16 Pizza Oven that I bought in June arrived and I also bought the Ooni Gas Burner to go with it. In this video, I cook my first ever gas-fired pizza in the Ooni Karu 16 - the first with the stone at 430c in the centre, using my homemade pizza dough and the second, with the stone at 450c in the centre, using Ooni Sourdough Pizza Dough! The oven took 50 minutes to heat up with the gas burner.
