Because I had the time I filmed TWO versions of this file. This is the SFW (safe for work) version. In this file, we have you frozen in place until a timer (that your set prior to the file) goes off. When it does you will be back to yourself. So, set a timer, lie down and get ready to be frozen in place!

SUGGESTIONS: This file will have you stuck, frozen in place through not one but two ways. Firstly using the metaphor of being wrapped in concrete and then again me placing a layer of gel over your entire body with is like a super hardening concrete making it even harder to even consider moving. There are also references into trying to move which will make you even more stuck every time, because every time you try to move I place more gel there and this cycles keeping you stuck in place until the timer goes off. Also there is a little bit in there about time dilation and your mind being filled with a viscous syrup that makes your thoughts stop too. There is a safety in there around emergencies, so if something happens you'll be back to yourself.
