How to Make a Simple 12V Police Strobe Circuit with CD4060! (Animated Tutorial)

CD 4060 IC (Integrated Circuit)
100K Resistor
104 (100nF) Ceramic Disc Capacitor
LED groups connected in series of 3 (12V compatible)
