🌡️💧 COMSOL Tutorial: Add Temperature and Radiation for Fluid in a Nozzle

🌡️💧 *Add Temperature and Radiation for Fluid in a Nozzle*

In this video, I’ll show you how to couple laminar fluid flow with heat transfer in COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate temperature distribution in a nozzle. This method is especially useful when you need to model temperature-dependent inlet conditions in your fluid domain.

The model combines *laminar flow* and *heat transfer in fluids* physics interfaces. Additionally, I apply *surface-to-ambient radiation* and a *heat flux* at the inlet to simulate real thermal boundary behavior.

🧠 *What You’ll Learn:*
✅ How to set up conjugate heat transfer (CHT) in a nozzle
✅ How to define temperature at the fluid inlet
✅ How to apply surface-to-ambient radiation
✅ How to use heat flux boundary conditions
✅ Use of stationary or time-dependent study for thermal simulation
