LISBON, PORTUGAL // Must-do travel tips!

Lisbon, Portugal is a beautiful city with so much character! Lots of hills (like San Francisco), incredible light, many tiled-buildings, bright colors and awesome food!

This trip was so much fun! Enjoy coming along on the trip with us in this video. Below are the names of the places shown in the video.

FOOD/PLACES RECOMMENDATIONS:
-Manteigaria -- my favorite place to get pasteis de nata! not far from Santini...
-Gelados Santini -- the BEST ICE CREAM!! in Chiado
-Hotel Bairro Alto -- cool rooftop bar with great views, also in Chiado
-Park Bar -- another awesome rooftop bar with stunning views
-Zé Dos Cornos -- for dinner; delicious and cool, casual vibe, for typical Portuguese fare
-Pasteis de Belém -- probably the most popular place in all of Lisbon to get a pastel de nata
-While in Belém, go to the waterfront and grab a drink/a bite at Margem, which overlooks the water and is lovely.
-Pastelaria Baga Baga Fabrico Próprio, in the Graça neighborhood (which is where our Air BnB was...such a cute little area!)
-Graça do Vinho -- cute little wine bar with cheese and charcuterie (the owner also owned our Air BnB!)
-We had great seafood at a super casual beach-front spot in Cascais, but I think anywhere you go along that strip will have yummy, fresh seafood.
-No food recommendations from here, because we did the backpacker thing of just bringing nuts and fruit on our 9-mile hike from Cabo da Roca (the far Western point of Europe!) to Sintra -- but highly recommend you visit Sintra to see the gorgeous Pena Palace!
