The Guitar is a vintage Hondo. It’s going through a tape delay and a couple distortions. compressor, EQ, and phase delay.

As for what’s on the CRT. It’s the best DVD in the world 🌍 Regular Show. The name of this is also an episode name. That’s being processed by HDK- 02 BPMC and CVBC001 by Syntonie.
