I Broke My Rules and Made $9,100

In this trade recap, I break down two very different trades from the same session — one where I broke my rules and got away with it, and one where I followed my model exactly and left money on the table on purpose.
Trade 1 was a discretionary trade. I broke my rules, ignored my model, and made $8,300 / 21RR. I'm not proud of it.
Trade 2 I followed my complete STDV + OTE model to the letter — but I risked less and targeted an internal high instead of the full target to punish myself for Trade 1. Result: $800 / 8RR. That same setup would've been a 20RR winner if I'd traded it correctly.
Final result: +$9,100 per account.
