Hot take: your body is part of your art practice. And its own of your most important tools.

If you’re exhausted, foggy, running on fumes… It’s not just life; it’s showing up in your work.

I know because it happened to me:

Lack of focus.

Lack of energy.

Almost no consistency.

And no amount of “just push through” was gonna fix that.

So a few years ago, I did something about it, and it changed everything!

In today’s episode of *The Honest Art Podcast*, I sit down with Alan Graves from Do Not Age and we get into the stuff artists don’t talk about enough:

Energy, longevity, and how to actually support your body and brain so you can keep making your best work for years to come.

We break down what’s really happening as we age, why our energy dips, and what we can *actually do* to feel better and think more clearly.

Because this isn’t about looking younger (although that doesn’t suck either)….

It’s about honoring ourselves as human beings who use art as our own healer and as a healer for others. Because when we feel off, so does our entire art practice.

Imagine how boundless energy and clarity would improve your art practice!!
