St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside opens its first hybrid operating theatre

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside opened its new hybrid operating theatre on Monday 19 October 2020.
This new theatre will increase the hospital’s capacity to treat people with complex cardiac and vascular disease.
In addition to the new theatre, the hospital’s development project has delivered two additional ICU beds, two additional recovery bays and new staff amenities.
The $11M investment made by the hospital will allow teams of cardiologists, radiologists and surgeons to perform minimally invasive cardiovascular and endovascular procedures.
