remove ~5.3 acres from 239 Apple Ridge Road (currently ~17.8 acres) and add it to 213 Apple Ridge Road
(currently ~13.2 acres).
5. Gary Landrigan/G & J Properties, LLC: Conditional Use review for the conversion of existing office space
into a second apartment in a building that already has one apartment. The ~0.25-acre property is located
at 10729 Route 116 in the Village Zoning District.
6. Russell Family Trust: Sketch Plan review for a 3-lot subdivision at New South Farm in the Rural Residential
1 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing to create two new lots (0.50+ and 0.57+ acres) for two singlefamily residences on the north (uphill) side of the existing New South Farm neighborhood.
