Action SA considers legal action against IEC

Action SA is planning to take legal action against the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa. It claims that when the IEC solicits donations for the m=Multi-party Democracy Fund, only a few political parties will benefit and others won't. The party says the IEC is biased and is violating the constitution.
