Fairy Meadows, named by German climbers (German Märchenwiese, “fairy tale meadows”) is a grassland near one of the base campsites of the Nanga Parbat, located in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. At an altitude of about 3,300 meters (10,800 ft) above the sea level, it serves as the launching point for trekkers summiting on the Raikot face of the Nanga Parbat. In 1995, the Government of Pakistan declared Fairy Meadows a National Park.

Guide to Fairy Meadows:
We traveled Lahore to chillas in 2 days, although you can leave at midnight and reach chillas the next day evening.
Chillas hotel room costs around 1500-2500 Rs.
Chillas to Raikot is around 56KM but road condition is bad so it takes 2-3 hours to reach Raikot.
Jeep Fare from Raikot to Fairy Meadows in 8100/- Rs.
Extreme sunny conditions make sure to cover your face to avoid sunburns.
The weather is extremely cold at night during September, make sure to keep warm clothes with you.
Fairy Meadows cottages cost 4000/- Rs per cottage (4 Person). Nasreen cottage is 8000/- to 10000 per night. The cost of camping is 1200 Rs per camp.
