Now we’re cooking: Building a restaurant app with Azure Cosmos DB.

Develop a web application is quite simple today and you can use a lot of technologies, python and flask can help to quickly create a web application , for the persistency layer you can choose between multiple technologies, but how to choose a technology who can provide you to quickly have proper authentication functionalities, managing a product catalog, manage orders and having a fraud detection module, the purpose of this talk and to present how to develop this web application. Cosmos dB database offers natives features which allow this to be done in a scalable way, leaving the developer to focus on business and non-technical features. in addition, I will use some IA services to translate in different language automatically the menu.

The application code will be accessible to everyone and shared online.
