Human Trafficking - Be Aware. Cut The Chain.

The project „Choose Your Freedom 2" is a continuation of the Project „Choose Your Freedom" which was implemented on April 2013. The goal of the project is to prepare peer educators on the subject "Human trafficking" focusing on NGO preventive activities (such as social advertising campaigns, using social networking and preparing multiplicators) especially through information communication technologies.
Using non-formal and creative learning methods and promoting involvement of all participants experts and professionals in the area of human trafficking will execute a training course allowing the participants to understand human trafficking, its forms and workings, people involved, and, most importantly, resources and opportunities available to youth NGOs to act to eradicate human trafficking.
The training course will take place in Sigulda, Latvia between October 5 and October 13, 2013 (including travel dates). The training course will educate 30 young people from Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal and Romania (five people per country).
