Santa's Magic Key Laser Engaver Project and Files

Learn how to make a Santa’s Magic Key with your xTool laser!

In this video, I’ll show you how I designed, cut, and assembled a Santa Key using xTool Studio and 3mm basswood — perfect for families without chimneys.

The Santa Key is a fun, heartfelt project that kids love, it gives Santa a way to visit homes with no chimney on Christmas Eve!

🎅 What You’ll Need:
• xTool Studio
• xTool S1 40W Laser (We used th xTool S1 but any laser that can cut and engrave will work)
• 3mm Basswood
• Wood glue or CA glue
• Paint (red, green, or gold for Christmas color)
• Ribbon for hanging
