My readings apply to Sun, Moon, Rising, Cusps, & sometimes Venus...& n.node& 10th house & mars...lol it really depends on what I’m reading for (ie: love career etc) I also believe if you resonate with the title it can definitely be for you as well...I’d assume Vedic astrology applies as well. I’ve recently discovered my Vedic sun is Aries and I’ve always ironically resonated with Aries readings...
