The 2027 Mercedes-Benz S-Class is not just a refreshed luxury sedan. Mercedes says more than 2,700 parts have been redesigned, making this one of the most significant updates to the flagship in years.

From micro-LED headlights that shape the beam around other cars, to suspension that prepares for bumps before you hit them, the new S-Class is once again acting like Mercedes’ technology crystal ball.

There are gas engines, a plug-in hybrid with more than 60 miles of electric driving, and a V8 that can hit 60 mph in under four seconds. Inside, the cabin is quieter, smarter, and more isolated from the outside world than ever.
