Is TODOS SANTOS Worth the Hype?

I have heard so much about Todos Santos. This gorgeous little beach town has been somewhere that I always thought I would love. It's pretty hard to get around town without a vehicle, so we bought bikes! Now we can really explore lots of Todos Santos!
