In this episode I am TRYING the KonMari Method on the next thing on my list: The Paper!! This one was the hardest one for my anxiety. It was just so incredibly overwhelming seeing all that paper together. As a hoarder, I feel the need to touch every single piece of paper before I decide to keep or toss. But with meditation, aromatherapy and reading the encouraging comments from my subscribers, I was able to muscle through it!!
