In this video I share about the Heart Math Institute and some of the fascinating discoveries they've made regarding the human heart. Through their research they have shown that the heart rate changes according to different emotions, and that emotions of gratitude, love, and appreciation actually create a more balanced heart rhythm that improves our health and well being. They have also discovered that the heart generates a powerful electromagnetic field (EMF) that can be measured up to 10 feet away from the body. This field also changes according to our emotional state of being, and it effects the other fields that it comes into contact with. Based on this information, should we not do our best to embody an emotional state of love and gratitude, not only for our own health and wellness, but for the benefit of all beings that come into contact with our field?
