☕️ PEPPERMINT BARK COLD BREW:
+ 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)
+ 1 cup of cold brew
+ 1/4 cup heavy cream
+ 1 tablespoon of cocoa or cacao powder
+ Crushed peppermint pieces & peppermint bark for topping
DIRECTIONS:
+ Melt chocolate chips to garnish glass rim
+ Mix cacao powder & heavy cream
+ Froth until combined & liquid has thickened
+ Pour cold brew into glass & top with cacao cream
+ Garnish with peppermint bark

☕️ MINT MATCHA:
+ 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
+ 1/4 cup of sweet cream (I used vanilla coconut milk creamer)
+ A couple drops of peppermint syrup or mint extract
+ Extra matcha for topping
DIRECTIONS:
+ Brew matcha powder with hot water
+ Combine & froth creamer + peppermint syrup
+ Pour peppermint cream over matcha & top with additional matcha powder

☕️ SPARKLING CRANBERRY CIDER:
+ 1/4 cup of fresh cranberries/pomegranate seed mix
+ 1/2 cup of sparkling cranberry juice
+ 1/2 cup of sparkling apple juice or cider
+ Rosemary to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
+ Wash fruit
+ Pour ice and juices into glass
+ Garnish with fresh fruit & sprig of rosemary

☕️ GINGERBREAD COCOA:
+ Dash of cinnamon, ginger, all spice, & nutmeg
+ 1 cup of milk
+ 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
+ 1 tablespoon of cacao or cocoa powder
+ 1 teaspoon of sugar
+ Pinch of sea salt
+ 1/4 cup of whipping cream
+ Splash of vanilla extract
+ Dash of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
+ Combine spices, milk, chocolate, cocoa powder, salt, & sugar into a pot
+ Let simmer on stove for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
+ Make whipped cream by frothing together cream, vanilla, & cinnamon
+ Garnish with gingerbread & sprinkle of cinnamon

☕️ SUGAR COOKIE CAPPUCCINO:
+ 1/2 cup of milk
+ 1 teaspoon of sprinkles
+ 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
+ 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
+ 2 shots of espresso or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
+ 1 pat of butter (thin slice)
DIRECTIONS:
+ Combine milk, dash of sprinkles, sugar, & vanilla extract
+ Froth milk mixture
+ Add butter to bottom of the mug
+ Brew coffee or espresso
+ Pour milk over espresso & top with sprinkles
