Congratulations, you are ready to start using your Kegel Angel to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Your pelvic floor is the root of your femininity and power. This is your time to Re-discover your inner strength, take back control and re-vitalize your life.

Safety first…
Do not use if you are pregnant or if you wear a pacemaker.
If you have just given birth, most woman may use after 6 weeks, BUT consult with your doctor for approval. Also consult with your doctor before use if you have pelvic pain, an abnormal pap smear or any type of cancer.

Now, let’s get started!

Please follow these instructions thoroughly to get your Kegel Angel tensing and toning correctly.

To start you will need:
1) A 9V battery (the square kind)
2) Any water-based lubricant for your comfort.

Set Up:

1. Insert 9V battery into the back of the control device.

2. Clean the long vaginal probe by wiping it with warm water.

3. Attach the wires from the long vaginal probe to the wire cable. Do this by inserting the two “male” metal pins from the loose wire into the “female” openings on the wire of the vaginal probe.

4. Once the wires are attached, place the end of the wire into the top of the control unit. Use the TOP LEFT side (channel A).

Insertion
1. Dab a small amount of lubricant (approximately ½ a teaspoon) in your palm. Spread the lubricant around the long vaginal probe, taking care to cover the metal areas.

If you have vaginal dryness or any pain during sessions, generously lubricate your vaginal canal as well.



2. Insert the long probe into your vagina up until the narrow neck. This is the base of the probe. The base should be outside the vagina, with about 1.5in/4cm protruding.



Choosing a Workout:

1. Press the ON/OFF button to power on the Kegel Angel.

2. Press “P” to select your program.
3. For your quick start choose one of these most common programs.

Choose P04 for Stress Incontinence — IE: urine leaks with exertion &/or laughter leaks (20 min).

Choose P05 for Urge Incontinence — IE: needing to urinate frequently (20 min).

Choose P09 for Mixed Incontinence or for a General Pelvic Floor Workout — IE: urine leaks and frequent urination (45 min).

Choose P08 to TIGHTEN UP and Increase Sexual Sensation —IE: restoring vaginal tone, tightness and strength. (25 min).

3. After you have selected your program, start the workout by pressing the (+) button on the LEFT side of the Kegel Angel. This is channel A.

4. On screen, the mA value will change to ‘1’. Your workout will begin !

Adjusting the Strength of Your Workout:

1. Once your program has begun, press the (+) button on the LEFT to increase the strength of the contractions.

*Try to start by increasing your program to 30mA.

*Slowly increase the strength for each session BUT only if it’s comfortable.


2. To decrease the strength of the program, press the (-) button on the LEFT.

3.The timer will count down as Kegel Angel contracts your muscles automatically. When your session is complete, the Kegel Angel should switch off automatically.

Most woman begin to notice results in the first 2-12 weeks when used daily.

Relax in a comfortable position during your session, lying down or seated. You may meditate, watch TV or Netflix, read a book or just relax. This is your time!

If you have trouble keeping the probe inserted, try your first sessions lying down on your back with a pillow under your knees. Remain still for the entire session.

Do not walk or stand during your session.
