Munich, the Bavarian Capital in Germany, offers many opportunities to follow one's wintry pleasure, for example the frozen lakes on the Nymphenburg Palace Canal or on the various parks gives you the perfect opportunity to try your ski boots or play Ice Hockey. If snowman is your thing, the amount of snow here is perfect for you to build a huge one.

The Winter in Germany can be really cruel if you are not prepared. But Is Germany colder than Canada? Do you need to buy expensive winter gears?
