West Yorkshire Country Walk Haworth Bronte Country Top Withins

Our video is a guided walk in Bronte Country in West Yorkshire. We start our in Haworth and walk past the Bronte Parsonage Museum to Lower Laithe Reservoir, through the village of Stanbury then along the Pennine Way to Top Withens which is known as Wuthering Heights in Emily Bronte's book. We then make our way down to Bronte Waterfalls then follow the Bronte Way back to Haworth. We finish our walk by visiting the Worth Valley Railway to watch the steam train come into the station.This is an easy walk on good tracks and paths over open land and fields. There are some inclines and declines and a two stretches of road. Elevation: Approx lowest point 228m (748 ft) Approx highest point 421m (1381ft). Approx 7.5 miles allow 3 hours using OS Explorer map OL21, South Pennines. Start point: The Village car park off Weavers Hill in Haworth. Pay and Display £4 for all day.
