Razorpay Webhook Integration in BotSailor

Prerequisites:

Before setting up the Razorpay webhook in BotSailor, ensure you have:

1. A Razorpay merchant account.

2. Administrative access to your Razorpay dashboard.

3. Access to BotSailor’s Razorpay Integration settings.
Step-by-Step Setup

✅ Configure Webhook in Razorpay Merchant Dashboard

1. Log in to your Razorpay Dashboard.

2. Click on Account & Settings from the menu.

3. Select the Webhooks tab.

4. Click on Add New Webhook.

5. In the Webhook URL field, enter the BotSailor webhook URL provided in your BotSailor account.

6. In the Secret field, enter a new webhook secret (create one if necessary).

7. Under Active Events, select Subscription Events.

8. Click Save to finalize the webhook setup.
✅ Add the Webhook Secret in BotSailor

1. Copy the Webhook Secret you just set up in Razorpay.

2. Log in to BotSailor.

2. Navigate to the Razorpay Integration section.

3. Paste the copied Webhook Secret in the designated field.

4. Save the changes.
