Education as we all understand is the backbone of our society. Dr. Caroline Mathew explains in her talk that it's high time we only talk about better education, now we should finally put those ideas, knowledge and energy into action. She also explains that it is also important to have a smooth management prodedure and enough recruitment for the same. A teacher by profession Dr. Caroline Mathew has served the Education Department in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for about forty years. She has a vast experience in teaching and focuses on instilling values, thus contributing towards building better society.
She is also a versatile write and poet. Her poems articulate her strong voice against injustice in the society, harm towards any human or in that matter even nature.
