Stopping a Drunk Driver

Here on my morning commute, I come across the driver of the silver car who has been following the drunk driver of the pickup truck. I spoke with him briefly and then got behind the truck with my rear facing lights on to warn other motorists. The DUI driver would drive a bit and stop in the road several times before finally approaching the intersection where he stopped for good. The other motorist, who has been on the phone with the police the entire time, pulled in front of him to prevent him from driving any further. One the DUI driver gets out of the truck, I go to remove the keys from the vehicle and tell him to sit on the curb, which he does until the police arrive. He was later arrested without further incident. Thankfully we were able to get him stopped, as the next intersection is the freeway where the consequences could have been much worse.
