The best fireworks can be watched in Russia annually on 9 May. This day has an especial meaning in Russia and countries of ex-USSR Republics. If you do not know, or if you are not interested in politics, do not pay attention. Anyway, than bigger city you are visiting - than most spectacular fireworks you can watch on 9-th of May.
