This set performed very good after some cosmetic damages so I decided to put in the ceramic IF filter based BFO module for even better shortwave reception. It became a " fun to turn the dial " radio. I hear stations on CB band( works with or without BFO) and on all shortwave bands on the red highlighted HAm bands and without BFO- worldwide reception on all shortwave bands,
