Synopsis: The crime drama film “Fading Justice ”tells the story of Haimo, a police officer whose wife is pregnant but is unexpectedly diagnosed with late-stage leukemia. After losing their child, his wife is hospitalized. A murder case at a bar brings together Haimo and his old friend Achang to work together to solve the case. One day, while at the hospital listening to the doctor's advice regarding his wife's condition, Haimo learns that Achang was seriously shot while staking out a suspect. Haimo takes his wife home, and she wants him to quit his job and move to a new city with her. After recovering, Achang is transferred from the murder investigation team. Achang talks to Haimo about why he chose to live his life this way. Haimo's apprentice, police officer Wang Jian, dies in an accident. This accident leads Haimo to decide to leave the police force and move to another city with his wife, determined to be there for her until the very end.
