Retro inspired looks with modern day technology that perfectly nails the desired aesthetic. The Bullitt started as a concept helmet from Senior Design student Chad Hodge and when Bell caught wind, they immediately joined forces to help bring the Bullitt to life. The Bullitt is a premium helmet in every component. The Bullitt starts with a low-profile fiber composite shell in 3 shell sizes that comes in just over the 3 pound mark in size M. The shell incorporates venting at the chin and forehead and a low profile passive venturi vent that are all seamlessly incorporated into the shell design. A multi-layer EPS adds to the modern day protection and is offered in 3 sizes to help keep weight and profile as slim as possible. The premium interior is constucted fully of real leather, with a combination of perforated micro-suede and leather that is all removable but the neckroll. The Bullitt comes stock with a clear flat shield, but tinted flat and bubble shields are available separately for a more customized look. A Magnefusion shield closure system keeps the faceshield in place and the sidepods can be inserted without a faceshield for those who want to rock the Bullitt with goggles or shades. The custom, cafe racer, and vintage crowd now have a premium retro option that does not skimp on style or safety. Mr. McQueen would be proud.
