FMS T28 - Flight 13 and Crash on 9-11-20

This was the lucky 13th flight of my 1400mm FMS T-28.

Spoiler alert - it does not end well.....the band on my hat-cam gave out, and while I was fiddling with it, and trying to fly with one hand, I ran the thing in to the ground at about a 30 ° angle. - I thought it might be able to be easily repaired, but the motor mount is busted out of the cowling. (It was molded in, so it would not be an easy fix, so I doubt I will give it a try. I will likely strip the parts and use them on another plane I have that currently has a gas engine it, which I was planning to convert to electric.)

Needles to say, that hat is now retired.....😁
