No Room to work ???

Almost impossible site- Horrible access, steep drop-off, sidewalks & buildings on all the others- the FIRST problem is what equipment can we bring in? Then will it work? We've got to cut a drainage swale, haul out dirt, Load trucks, install rip rap, import black dirt, seed then straw blanket and load out all the excess materials-through a Gate!
