Master Chuck Sullivan Said GM Victor Moore Never punched At Bruce Lee In 1967 Demo.

I watched a video on the Viking Samurai channel, and he had one of late grand master Ed Parker's black belts on, who was at the 1967 tournament.
Yes, Grand Master Chuck Sullivan, not only was a student of Ed Parker, but he stated he was front and center of the speed contest between Bruce lee and Maser Victor Moore.
He stated that master Moore's account of that day are not accurate at all.
Please watch the clip yourself and come to your own conclusion.
In all fairness to Master Moore, upon careful scrutiny of the video, I can believe that master Moore's hand touched Bruce Lee's hand, as Lee's hand was being withdrawn.
This would not constitute a block, because a block is designed to prevent being hit, not retraction of the weapon as it leaves you.
In other words, a block is totally different from someone touching you later.
