Karnataka's capital Bengaluru saw massive rioting and arson in localities under two police stations after alleged inflammatory content about Prophet Mohammed was posted on social media by a relative of a Congress MLA R Akhanda Srinivas Murthy. More than 200 cars were set on fire and 3 men succumbed to bullets fired allegedly by police. Karnataka administration has declared that the damages will be recovered from the rioters.
